Our Story: Constant Growth and Expansion
Panacea was born with the vision of transforming logistics through advanced technology. Since our inception, we have grown and expanded our operations in Mexico and the United States, offering innovative solutions to our customers.
About Us
Our founders worked in the Transportation, Freight Forwarding and Customs Brokerage sectors for industry leaders such as CH Robinson, Expeditors, AAANLD - Association of Customs Brokers of Nuevo Laredo, ANAM - Customs of Mexico, in cities such as Nuevo Laredo, Laredo, Texas, Miami, Houston, and in Central and South America for 20 years. During that time, they identified a lack of customized software and systems for specific sub-segments of the industry, such as truck brokerage and Mexican customs brokerage. In addition, they experienced constant platform changes and frustrating user experiences. This gave rise to the idea of creating a consultancy for Logistics Service Providers, Port Authorities and Maquiladoras, in order to guide them towards building a competitive advantage through technology.
Our team has also worked in leading technology companies such as Oracle, Samsara, Uber Freight and Microsoft, thus bringing high-level technological experience to our clients. Panacea was founded in 2016 in Laredo, Texas, one of the main logistics centers in the United States, home to more than 1,000 logistics service providers.
Our mission is to boost the logistics industry with innovative and customized technological solutions. In 2020, Panacea expanded to Mexico as a result of its growth strategy on both sides of the Rio Grande.

In 2016, we began providing Cybersecurity solutions to Customs Agents and Transportation companies in Mexico and the United States.
In 2020, Panacea celebrated a milestone by successfully delivering more than 50 projects to 50 clients on both sides of the river, helping them to develop a competitive advantage.
In 2025, Panacea works with 6 of the 10 road haulers in Mexico in the T21 Top 100 ranking.
In 2025, we became the largest provider of IT solutions and services for the cross-border logistics industry between the United States and Mexico with more than 200 IT resources working 24/7, 365 days a week.
